The aim of the legislation is to safeguard the individual\u2019s right to their own data and to improve privacy. In addition, the Data Protection Regulation responds to the new privacy protection issues related to digitalisation and globalization, harmonises data protection regulation in all EU countries, and promotes the development of internal digital markets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1-sans-musta\">From the user\u2019s perspective this means that in all Kaleva Group\u2019s companies, everyone has the right to know what information is collected, where it is used and how long the information is stored. Every customer also has the right to be forgotten and to see information about themselves. The user has the right to consent to or refrain from the collection of behavioural information.
